The Acceptable Usage policy sets out the terms under which you may use the web services we provide. The use of our Web Services means that you accept, and agree to abide by all the policies stated below.

1. WEBSITE CONTENT

The client agrees that web pages and files uploaded to servers will not violate any local, national or foreign laws or regulations; infringe on any intellectual property rights of Zim Web Solutions or any third party; be defamatory, slanderous or trade libellous; be threatening or harassing; be discriminatory based on gender, race, age; promote hate; or contain viruses or other computer programming defects which result in damage to Zim Web Solutions or any third party. Customers may not run IRC, bots, or clients. Unacceptable uses also include: bulk unsolicited emailing, unsolicited emailing, newsgroup spamming, child pornography, hardcore pornography or links to such sites, copyrighted music files, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, wares, cracks and software serial numbers.Zim Web Solutions will be the sole and final arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.Zim Web Solutions does not normally monitor the contents of clients’ servers; however, if suspicion occurs, Zim Web Solutions reserves the right to investigate and terminate the client’s subscription to the service.

2. OUR FEES AND DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit of the total fee payable under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the website design and development work. The remaining 50% shall become due when the work is completed to your reasonable satisfaction but subject to the terms of the “approval of work” and “rejected work” clauses. We reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full.

3. CHANGES TO WEBSITE

Zim Web Solutions reserves the right to :
3.1 Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice.Zim Web Solutions shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
3.2 Change these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

4. DOMAIN REGISTRATION

In domain registration process Zim Web Solutions may take at least 2-3 working days and company shall not be responsible meanwhile if your domain get registered by any other third party.

5. DOMAIN & HOSTING RENEWALS

For the convenience, Zim Web Solutions as a company, we may notify you about the expiry reminders through Emails,Calls and send messages to your contact rely in our company’s database.

NOTE :

• Once the website homepage design is confirmed, the design will not be changed. If the client wants another design, he has to pay as per the requirement.
• Once the advance payment is received from the client, the amount will not be refunded at any cost, and you will terminate the contract through no fault of ours.
• The customer should clear the remaining balance amount after completing the work and before making it live.
• Zim Web Solutions accepts payments through cash, cheques, and online bank account transfers.
• If the check payment is provided by the client due to insufficient funds or due to any other error, the check gets returned, and the check return charge would be Rs. 500.
